Description

• Play a pivotal role within our finance team as Senior FP&A Manager. • Engage cross-functionally to ensure financial strategies align with corporate objectives. • Develop, report, and benchmark key corporate operational metrics. • Own and refine forward-looking financial forecast models. • Prepare impactful executive presentations that simplify complex topics. • Identify reporting inconsistencies across business units. • Build and automate financial management reporting process. • Proactively identify opportunities for business improvement. • Collaborate closely with corporate accounting during the monthly close cycle. • Lead ad-hoc projects and analyses.

Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of financial experience, ideally within the technology sector. • Experience in enterprise subscription software is a plus. • Exceptional financial and quantitative skills, with a proven ability to solve complex business challenges through structured analytics and advanced Excel modeling. • Proficiency with Intacct and various forecasting systems, coupled with the ability to recommend those most suited to GridGain’s needs. • Expertise in Excel and Salesforce (SFDC) is essential. • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, both written and oral, with the ability to align and resolve key business issues. • Strong executive presence, with the ability to deliver compelling messages to senior leaders and drive effective decision-making. • Exceptional leadership abilities and the capability to build strong working relationships across the organization. • A demonstrated self-starter with a strong desire to grow with the company. • Decisive and committed in your decision-making, with a strong focus on results and a collaborative team-oriented approach. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment while managing multiple priorities.
