Requirements

β€’ Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the staffing industry. β€’ Strong understanding of the staffing industry and recruitment processes. β€’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. β€’ Ability to build rapport and trust with clients. β€’ Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. β€’ Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
