📋 Description
• We are seeking a skilled Learning & Development Operations Associate to support the design, organization, and promotion of our educational programs. • This role requires expertise in LMS governance, management, and deployment, along with strong capabilities in content development, instructional design, and program operationalization. • You will assist in the creation, organization, and deployment of educational assets to ensure a seamless learning experience. • This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy learning professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about learning technologies, operational excellence, and talent development.
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ of experience in Learning & Development, LMS administration, instructional design, and/or training program management, or relevant experience. • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. • Experience adapting in a dynamic and fast-paced startup environment. • Ability to quickly learn and become proficient with company tech systems. • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. • Grooming knowledge a plus, not requirement.
