• Hold a Bachelor’s degree or have relevant work experience. • Have 5+ years of proven success in a National Key Account Management role, with strong industry knowledge. • Have experience in inside sales (via phone, email, and social selling). • Understand transactional selling and are comfortable working with big National brands. • Have demonstrated success in meeting sales quotas, handling negotiations, and solving problems. • Are able to make sound sales decisions based on instinct and judgment. • Have a strong sense of accountability and can deliver results. • Are flexible, adaptable, and comfortable with change, finding creative solutions in challenging situations. • Are resilient, inspiring passion in others, and take full ownership of your performance. • Can balance multiple priorities effectively while maintaining a high standard of integrity and work ethic. • Are an excellent listener, and also assertive, persistent, and persuasive when needed. • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms is a plus.
