Description

β€’ Quickly and efficiently resolve customer queries regarding payment issues via tickets. β€’ Troubleshoot issues with payment partners to maintain high level of payment processing. β€’ Escalate issues to the technical team if required. β€’ Communicate with other departments within "cross-department" procedures.

Requirements

β€’ At least 0.5 years of experience as a Customer Support Specialist or related position. β€’ Competency in Microsoft Office applications. β€’ Experience with resolving issues related to the payments industry would be a plus. β€’ A financial or Economics degree would be a plus.
