Description

• Provide phone-based goal-oriented support services • Engage, build trust, and foster rapport with participants • Manage incoming transfer calls ensuring continuity of care • Conduct comprehensive needs assessments • Maintain regular communication and care coordination • Advocate for participants' needs and intervene in crisis situations • Conduct quality of life assessments and make recommendations • Utilize advanced interviewing techniques and coaching methodologies • Monitor participants' progress and adjust support based on needs • Educate participants on employer benefits • Utilize AiRCare’s support system effectively • Adhere to confidentiality and privacy compliance • Participate in professional development opportunities • Collaborate and share knowledge with colleagues • Meet performance metrics for service quality and participant satisfaction • Share responsibility for periodic on-call duties • Other tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a mental health discipline or related field • Valid, independent, and unrestricted license in behavioral health • 2+ years of experience providing evidence-based treatments and short-term psychotherapy • Excited about providing life-changing clinical care • High level of proficiency in adhering to a disciplined schedule and managing time effectively • Excellent interpersonal skills, especially over the phone • Bilingual in Spanish and English is a major asset • Able to work from 830a-5p PST or equivalent
