Description
• Provide phone-based goal-oriented support services • Engage and build trust with participants • Manage incoming transfer calls • Conduct thorough assessments of participant needs • Maintain consistent communication with care team • Advocate for participants and intervene in crises • Conduct quality of life assessments • Utilize advanced interviewing techniques • Monitor progress and adjust support as needed • Educate participants on available benefits • Adhere to confidentiality and privacy compliance • Participate in professional development • Collaborate with colleagues • Meet established performance metrics • Share on-call responsibilities • Other tasks as assigned
Requirements
• Master’s degree in a mental health discipline or related field • Independent and unrestricted behavioral health license • Reside in specified states • 2+ years experience in evidence-based treatments • Proficiency in managing time and prioritizing tasks • Excellent communication skills, especially over phone • Bilingual in Spanish and English is a major asset • Able to work specified hours across time zones
