📋 Description
• Facilitate patient access to therapy by processing referrals and coordinating with healthcare providers • Ensure smooth transitions into care • Manage scheduling, respond to client inquiries, and collaborate with teams • Follow established workflows and maintain excellent patient support
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in booking coordination, medical scheduling, or a similar role • 2+ years of experience using Zendesk (or any CRM, Zendesk is preferred) • 2+ years experience in basic to intermediate Excel/Google Sheets • Experience managing availability in scheduling or booking systems • Ability to utilize and reference multiple systems simultaneously • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to learn multiple systems including proficiency with platforms like Octave or other scheduling tools, Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems, insurance verification, etc. • Effective communication and problem-solving skills • Ability to work US time zones
