• Provides various contact center and transfer agency functions. • Requires mutual fund knowledge and interaction with shareholders, financial representatives, team members and management. • Answers questions regarding existing mutual fund shareholder accounts. • Inputs basic trading into the recordkeeping system. • Maintains and updates accounts in the recordkeeping system. • Learns and utilizes compliance procedures and desk policies. • Daily contact with shareholders, financial representatives, and broker-dealer firms.
🎯 Requirements
• Undergraduate degree in business administration, finance, or related area. • 1-3 years of experience in client services or related field. • Basic understanding of Mutual Funds, ETF’s & Pooled investment products. • Knowledge of Mutual funds and retirement plans. • Envision Power Agent, NSCC, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat.
