• Define and execute a data-driven enterprise growth strategy • Create strategic omni-channel campaigns to fill our sales pipeline • Build a world-class demand generation engine • Launch strategic campaigns and ensure Marketing contributes to revenue • Focus on high level campaign lifecycle management and capturing high-intent leads • Ensure efficient hand-offs with Sales • Manage campaign and sequence lifecycle to optimize conversions • Own all performance metrics to ensure maximum ROI for sales and marketing • Improve visibility of compsych.com in search results and review SEO strategy • Build and execute effective ABM strategy to increase customer acquisition and expansion • Implement and optimize paid ads strategy across a variety of platforms • Own pre-sales marketing automation strategy and nurture opportunities • Track and report on the entire marketing funnel including leads, MQLs, opportunities, and conversions • Grow understanding of audience segments via thorough campaign measurement • Establish demand generation and campaign KPIs and recommend optimizations • Own marketing operations roadmap and manage all digital tools related to tracking and lead gen • Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure alignment and support

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of enterprise B2B demand generation and marketing operations experience with a proven track record of consistently hitting growth targets • Agency experience a plus • Strong writing skills for sales audience and deep experience with sales sequences • Proficient in SEO and solid understanding of content marketing • Experience managing a team • Demonstrated ability to use data to drive results and surface new opportunities • Ability to establish and accomplish meaningful business and marketing metrics • Expert knowledge of 6sense, Dynamics, plus other martech tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Outreach, etc.) • Proven track record of success with paid ads across multiple channels including Google Ads, LinkedIn and others
