📋 Description

• ComPsych is seeking a talented Absence Client Support Analyst • Responsible for developing, implementing and sustaining quality assurance/control programs • Conduct quality reviews and deliver results to appropriate stakeholders • Develop action plans for success • Must have strong attention to detail and customer service experience • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Commitment to quality is imperative

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required or 4 years of related experience • A minimum 2 years of QA, Control and operations experience • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills • Quick thinking, high energy, positive, and professional • Demonstrated multi-tasking and critical thinking skills • Ability to respond to requests and inquiries in a professional and timely manner • Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite • Demonstrated experience analyzing data, identifying trends, and recommending solutions • Ability to manage multiple reviews in a fast-paced deadline driven environment • Strong writing and communications, organizational, problem solving, and analytical skills
