📋 Description
• Assist customers Human Resource team with administration of Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) • Track and trend customer needs to identify improvement areas • Provide excellent customer service and build rapport • Report to Customer Support Team Lead • Strong attention to detail and customer service experience required • Excellent written communication skills and commitment to quality
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent work experience • 1-3 years Customer Service experience required • Call Center experience preferred • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Employee benefits administration and/or FMLA administration a plus • Knowledge of best practices • Exceptional communication and organization skills • Strong focus on customer service • Quick thinking, resourceful, highly motivated, positive, and professional • Demonstrated multi-tasking and critical thinking skills • Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
