β€’ As an Associate Director - Physician Revenue Cycle you will Act and lead in a manner that is reflective of the philosophy, vision, and values of Healthcare Management Solutions. β€’ Integrates these values throughout all initiatives and efforts. β€’ Uses a proactive leadership style to model and promote a culture of trust and communication. β€’ Building relationships and managing client relationships while growing the Guidehouse portfolio. β€’ Serve as client services liaison. β€’ Create, provide, and present reports and statistical information for clients and senior management. β€’ Monitor client revenue, metrics and financial performance. β€’ Demonstrate knowledge of billing and coding regulations. β€’ Demonstrate proficiency with registration, eligibility, and third-party verification, billing and collections. β€’ Extensive experience with healthcare hospital billing systems including electronic claims and authorizations, to maximize revenue and cash flows. β€’ Ability to demonstrate strong communication skills both written and oral. β€’ Ability to exhibit leadership skills. β€’ Producing engagement deliverables. β€’ Working collaboratively within a team setting. β€’ Influencing a team direction. β€’ Develops operational procedures related to Patient Access Department. β€’ Leverage extensive knowledge of front and back-end billing operations. β€’ Reviews all hospital admissions and maternity accounts to verify insurance eligibility and benefits. β€’ Documents patient benefits and patient financial responsibility in the patient registration system. β€’ Performs registration functions consistent with Federal, State and Local regulatory agencies and payer requirements, and organizational policies and procedures, including but not limited to HIPAA privacy and security regulations. β€’ Ability to maintain Quality Assurance, Productivity and other Key Performance Indicator (KPI) expectations/standards.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Requires a Bachelor's Degree and a minimum 10 years of prior relevant experience or Associate's Degree and a minimum 12 years of prior relevant experience. β€’ Relevant experience may be substituted for formal education or advanced degree. β€’ Relevant experience coming from a healthcare provider, payor, CBO, business office environment or an outsourcing company. β€’ Knowledge of insurance and governmental programs, regulations, and billing processes e.g., Medicare, Medicaid/Medi-Cal, Social Security Disability, Champ VA, Supplemental Security Income Disability, etc., managed care contracts and coordination of benefits. β€’ Advanced skills in MS Office (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, Word) β€’ Experience in pediatric revenue cycle services or operations β€’ Flexibility and ability to handle multiple concurrent activities and change. β€’ Ability to work independently and meet deadline constraints. β€’ Degree in finance, accounting or healthcare
