Description

• Working under the general direction of the Senior Vice President of Operations and/or the Account Executive, serves as the primary liaison between the Hospital PFS Operations Delivery teams and assigned Client. • Responsible for the proactive oversight of the Revenue Cycle process and maintain a successful client relationship and client strategies. • Develops and implements policies and procedures related to all aspects of the PFS Revenue Cycle Operations. • Responsible for the financial performance of the portfolio and a component of the overall financial performance of the engagement.

Requirements

• Requires a bachelor's degree and a minimum 12 years of prior relevant experience. • Relevant experience coming from a healthcare provider, central business office environment or revenue cycle outsourcing company. • Understanding of healthcare revenue cycle, payer contracts and regulation affecting reimbursement for healthcare services.
