Description

• Support public diplomacy office at the Department of State • Improve processes related to knowledge management, communications, collaboration, and new tools • Support project management operations for the refined operating model • Advise and assist customers, review and recommend process improvements • Support integration of stakeholder management and customer experience platforms like Salesforce and Asana

Requirements

• An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED SECRET Federal or DoD security clearance • A Bachelor's degree • FOUR (4) years of experience with project management and/or executive level support • State Department experience (or other international agency) (Nice To Have) • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail (Nice To Have) • Prior consulting experience (Nice To Have) • Ability to learn and manage a variety of technology platforms (Nice To Have) • Experience in Salesforce and Asana (Nice To Have) • Experience with data collection and/or data information sharing (Nice To Have)
