Description

• Guidewheel is on a mission to empower factories worldwide to reach sustainable peak performance. • Our plug-and-play FactoryOps platform connects to any machine, turning its real-time data into actionable insights that drive performance improvements across the factory floor. • As a Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll play a critical role in shaping and executing our growth strategy. • You will work closely with teams across Marketing, Sales, Product, and Customer Success. • Focus on building and executing demand generation campaigns, driving customer engagement, and optimizing the customer lifecycle. • Responsible for experimenting with new growth channels, scaling existing programs, and contributing to Guidewheel’s success in becoming the leading platform for factory optimization.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or lifecycle marketing—ideally in B2B SaaS, manufacturing, or fintech environments. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data and continuously optimize campaigns. • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring execution with high quality and on-time delivery. • Proven experience working across teams—particularly with Sales, Product, and Customer Success—to drive alignment and success. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging that resonates with both internal stakeholders and external customers. • A deep understanding of customer needs, behaviors, and motivators, with the ability to build marketing programs that engage, educate, and drive adoption. • A passion for experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement. You are comfortable with ambiguity and unafraid to challenge the status quo. • Proficiency with marketing automation tools, CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce), and analytics platforms. Bonus if you have experience with tools like Mixpanel or customer data platforms.
