📋 Description

• Manage new product rollouts onsite and virtually, including training new users. • Run state-agnostic broad-reaching and scaled engagement and adoption tactics. • Run state-specific custom-tailored engagement and adoption tactics. • Manage inbound feedback and support requests from users. • Represent the company’s brand and tone in all external interactions. • Track and measure the results and outcomes of all Product Growth work.

🎯 Requirements

• Willing to travel: We expect this role will require 25-40% of time spent traveling domestically across the US, up to 4 trips per quarter. • A clear, empathetic communicator: You love people and can quickly build rapport with a diverse audience. • Highly organized: You stay on top of tasks and balance multiple workstreams. • Fast learner: You can absorb information in diverse contexts and ask questions. • Skilled diplomat: You interact diplomatically with diverse stakeholders. • 3+ years of relevant work experience in external-facing and/or project management focused roles
