• Develop and execute audience acquisition strategies to grow our database of potential learners • Identify target audiences and create customer personas to guide marketing efforts • Collaborate with audience engagement, marketing communications and sales teams to create and implement campaigns that effectively reach and engage target audiences • Work with with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive and consistent brand message across all touchpoints • Conduct market research to understand audience demographics, behaviors, and preferences • Utilize various marketing channels such as email, social media, SEO, paid advertising, and content marketing to attract and acquire new audiences • Analyze audience data and engagement metrics to track the success of audience acquisition efforts and make data-driven decisions to optimize strategies • Monitor industry trends and competitor strategies to stay ahead of the curve and identify new opportunities for audience growth • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and marketing tactics for audience acquisition.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field • 5-7 years of experience in audience acquisition/engagement or digital marketing • Proven track record of successfully attracting and growing target audiences in the healthcare space, with a focus on clinicians • Strong understanding of market research and audience segmentation • Experience with various marketing channels and tools, such as social media, email marketing, and content management systems • Proficient in data analysis and using data to inform marketing strategies • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Creative and innovative mindset with a strong eye for detail • Strong project management skills and ability to multitask • Experience in the healthcare industry a plus
