🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in managing people/teams/as supervisor preferred • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related discipline • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Experience in Sales and Marketing • Tech-savvy; comfortable use of technology across multiple applications such as Microsoft including Excel • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills; self-starter who thrives in a start-up environment • Ability to manage multiple priorities at the same time and to initiate new processes and procedures • Excellent interpersonal skills: ability to communicate effectively with teams, vendors and upper-level management • Wants to learn, grow and advance with the company; ability to work a remote PST schedule
