Description
• Conduct research and development on Bismuth Rare-earth Iron Garnet (Bi:RIG) crystal thin films. • Responsible for developing processes related to the operation of the Liquid Phase Epitaxy (LPE) furnace. • Establish and implement product standards for Bi:RIG. • Address process and quality issues encountered during production and propose improvement measures. • Set up a platform for testing the properties of magneto-optical crystals, encompassing composition analysis, thickness measurement, and Faraday rotation performance evaluation. • Collaborate with the crystal processing workshop to establish processes for cutting, polishing, and other operations related to crystal thin films. • Provide technical guidance and training to workshop technicians. • Facilitate communication and coordination among teams.
