Description

β€’ At Gurobi Optimization, we're on a mission to empower customers with mathematical optimization technology. β€’ As a Technical Account Manager (TAM), guide customers in integrating optimization into software solutions. β€’ Leverage technical product expertise to advise on implementation decisions and system architecture. β€’ Collaborate with various teams for continuous growth and exposure to diverse optimization applications and industries. β€’ Effective communication is key, interacting with business decision-makers and technical experts. β€’ Engage in coaching, workshops, and hands-on training for customers. β€’ Receive 6 months of technical training and mentoring from the team.

Requirements

β€’ Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience, including 3 years in optimization systems and data science. β€’ A Master's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or equivalent work experience. β€’ Proficiency in both written and spoken English. Spanish or other languages are considered a plus. β€’ Proficiency in at least 2 Gurobi API Languages (C, C++, Java, Python, C#, VB.NET). β€’ Basic knowledge of networking, web technologies, and engineering concepts. β€’ Competency in using macOS or Windows and Microsoft 365. β€’ Willingness and ability to quickly learn and utilize Salesforce as needed. β€’ Demonstrates a strong problem-solving attitude and meticulous attention to detail. β€’ Possesses a high level of emotional intelligence, particularly in self-awareness, empathy, and self-motivation. β€’ Exhibits a robust mindset characterized by curiosity and a strong desire to learn continuously. β€’ Capable of effectively bridging the gap between technical roles and business executives. β€’ Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with international teams. β€’ Finds satisfaction in operating from a home office within a remote work environment. β€’ Adaptable and willing to travel as needed based on the specified travel expectations. β€’ Able to participate in meetings scheduled across global time zones within reasonable expectations. β€’ Motivated and ambitious, dedicated to achieving assigned Objective Key Results (OKRs). β€’ Committed to upholding the company's policies and procedures.
