• Work directly with clients and Customer Success team • Own technical projects and account health • Ensure clients are successful with mParticle platform • Collaborate across product, engineering, sales, and client services • Travel approximately 25%

Requirements

• 4-year undergraduate degree or equivalent professional experience • 3-5 years of client-facing experience • Familiarity with RESTful APIs • Experience with business and technology stakeholders • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Mobile marketing and technology experience is a plus • General knowledge of digital marketing tools • General knowledge of data-driven marketing practices • Nice to have: experience in machine learning and cloud architecture • Spanish speaking is a plus
