β€’ Work directly with clients and Customer Success team β€’ Own technical projects and account health β€’ Ensure clients are successful with mParticle platform β€’ Collaborate across product, engineering, sales, and client services β€’ Travel approximately 25%

Requirements

β€’ 4-year undergraduate degree or equivalent professional experience β€’ 3-5 years of client-facing experience β€’ Familiarity with RESTful APIs β€’ Experience with business and technology stakeholders β€’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills β€’ Mobile marketing and technology experience is a plus β€’ General knowledge of digital marketing tools β€’ General knowledge of data-driven marketing practices β€’ Nice to have: experience in machine learning and cloud architecture β€’ Spanish speaking is a plus
