•Technical Account Manager is a critical technical liaison between FLIR and our largest customers. •Manage deployment of solutions with premier customers. •Provide advice on deployment architectures. •Oversee project and assist in launch planning and ongoing operational issues. •Help clients understand product's technical features. •Coordinate cross-functional efforts and manage timelines. •Ensure customer satisfaction and conduct regular business reviews. •Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues before they impact the client. •Articulate complex technical topics and address customer concerns.

Requirements

•US Citizenship required due to contract requirements. •Technical degree or professional experience equivalent required, computer science or networking degrees ideal. •Experience deploying solutions on a distributed architecture. •Ability to quickly understand and troubleshoot complex networking requirements and software applications. •Strong presentation and communication skills, ability to effectively interface with both external customers and internal management. •Comfortable with travel up to 50%. •Prior background in technical project management preferred. •Experience managing projects in Asana preferred. •Experience in the security industry preferred.
