Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management with experience building API-first technical products for developers. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technical products, from concept to launch, in a fast-paced, agile environment. • Expertise and passion for working cross-functionally and influencing platform teams within larger orgs. • Analytical mindset and proficiency in data-driven decision-making, with experience using metrics and analytics tools to drive product insights and improvements. • Experience in Fintech, Payroll, or HR is a plus.
