📋 Description
• Primary responsibility is to collect overdue payments • Work with customers to resolve payment issues • Build rapport with customers to ensure payments are received • Work with departments to ensure customers are billed correctly • Resolve/Research any disputed charges • Communicate with Collections Supervisor regarding customer balances • Review files and documents to respond to requests
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum high school / GED diploma • 2+ years of experience in collections, preferably in the transportation industry. • Must be computer literate with MS Word, Excel and Outlook • Must be dependable and able to work independently.
