📋 Description

• We’re building a future where every home is professionally managed. • Second Nature is looking for an experienced Collections Analyst. • The Collections Analyst will manage and optimize the collections process. • The role requires analyzing AR data and implementing strategies to improve cash flow. • Responsible for ensuring accurate monthly billing for a high volume of assigned accounts. • Manage a portfolio of accounts with varying levels of delinquency. • Develop and implement collection approaches and strategies. • Resolve complex payment disputes and negotiate payment terms.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-5 years experience in B2B Collections • 2+ years experience with ERP systems (bonus if you’ve used Netsuite) with the ability to generate and interpret reports • 2+ years experience using SalesForce • Intermediate experience user in Excel/Google Sheets/Google Suite • Advanced knowledge of collections processes and risk assessment • Proven negotiation skills and experience managing complex accounts • Proven success meeting performance KPIs and improving collection metrics • Ability to solve complex problems & use critical thinking • Ability to work in a self-directed environment • Ability to maintain client confidentiality • Unquestioned personal integrity and work ethic • Eagerness to learn and grow with Second Nature
