• Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients to identify and qualify sales opportunities. • Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential sales outlets. • Support the sales team in managing and writing proposals, ensuring timely delivery to clients. • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine scripts, strategies, and outreach processes. • Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate information on leads and prospects. • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and sales activities.
• Proven experience in sales, cold calling, or telemarketing • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Familiarity with CRM systems and lead generation tools is a plus • Motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient • Proficiency in written and spoken German is a must for this role
