• Coordinate and Prioritize Demands: Act as the point of contact for data requests from CX stakeholders, managing backlogs, sprints, and deadlines. • Oversee Data Reporting and Analysis: Work closely with analysts to develop and refine dashboards, reports, and insights that drive strategic decisions and enhance the customer experience. • Ensure Data Quality and Consistency: Implement best practices for data integrity, validation, and standardization, ensuring reliable insights across projects. • Project and Stakeholder Management: Communicate clearly with stakeholders to scope requirements, set timelines, and deliver updates, mitigating risks or delays when necessary. • Moderate SQL Usage: Review queries, guide data extraction, and collaborate with analysts on data modeling to provide accurate and relevant insights. • Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues. • Professional-level English (mandatory). • Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics). Proven experience in data/analytics coordination, project management, and operations. • Moderate proficiency in SQL; familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker). • Experience with agile methodologies and sprint planning. • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical data into business insights for diverse audiences. • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data sets and present clear, actionable recommendations.
