•About Gynesonics: Gynesonics is a leading medical technology company dedicated to advancing women's health. •About the Role: Reporting to the US VP of Sales, The Regional Manager is responsible for managing Gynesonics’ commercial business in the assigned region, exceeding all sales performance objectives, and participating in the development of key commercial strategies and processes at the national level.

Requirements

•Education: BS/BA in technical, scientific, or business-related field required. •Significant track record of achievement in medical device sales management •Experience in start up/early stage environment, including initial commercial launch •Experience in GYN device market preferred •Strong team leader and team player •Strong communication, problem solving, and interpersonal relationship skills are must haves •Ability to thrive within a small company environment where flexibility and resourcefulness are required •Skills with essential communication methods/software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email, and social media
