Description

• Lead in analyzing, designing, and optimizing sales commission structures. • Provide strategic insights that drive sales performance and profitability. • Ensure accurate commission calculations and foster collaboration between finance and sales teams. • Inform the design and implementation of sales commission plans. • Conduct analyses of sales commission programs to identify trends and opportunities. • Ensure integrity and accuracy of commission data, and timely calculations. • Prepare and deliver reports on commission expenditures and sales performance metrics. • Assist in developing commission-related forecasting models. • Partner with sales team to address inquiries related to commission plans. • Identify and implement process improvements for commission calculations and reporting. • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. • Assist in the development of training materials for sales team on commission policies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a focus on sales compensation or incentive programs. • Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling and experience with Salesforce. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail. • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
