โ€ข At HackerRank, we help over 2,500 of the most prestigious logos across industries find, hire, and upskill amazing developer talent using our SaaS-based Developer Skills Platform. โ€ข This position is full-time and remote in India. โ€ข We are looking for a dynamic, high-energy, and entrepreneurial sales leader to take full ownership of driving the adoption of SkillUp across APAC. โ€ข This is a one-person team role, meaning you will be responsible for everything from prospecting and closing deals to building partnerships and ensuring customer success. โ€ข This role demands resilience, creativity, and extreme ownership. โ€ข You will work closely with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to drive revenue and product adoption.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

โ€ข 5-10 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, HRTech, or EdTech. โ€ข Spent time being successful at an early stage startup. โ€ข Taken a B2B product from 0 to 1 and want to do this again since its the only thing you enjoy. โ€ข Proven track record of hunting and closing new business. โ€ข Experience selling to HR, L&D, and technical leadership is a plus. โ€ข Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills. โ€ข Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable operating independently. โ€ข Ability to adapt and iterate based on market feedback.
