📋 Description
• We are on a mission to Change the world to value skills over pedigree. • Serve as a key member of the GTM leadership team, offering strategic guidance on people-related initiatives and execution. • Collaborate closely with leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, performance management, and leadership development to support the business’s high growth. • Lead company-wide talent programs within GTM, including talent calibrations and compensation reviews. • Address complex employee relations issues with discretion, providing coaching and gathering feedback. • Partner closely with other PBPs, HR Generalists, the Talent Acquisition team, and colleagues across the People team to design and implement effective, people-focused solutions. • While focused on the Global GTM team, this role may also provide counsel and support to other teams as needed. • Oversee benefits and compliance for the AMER region.
🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years of experience in HR business partnering, including at least 2 years of managing a small team. • Deep expertise in managing AMER benefits and HR compliance. • Proven experience as a People Business Partner, supporting executive leaders, senior and entry-level managers, as well as individual contributors.
