📋 Description
• Responsible for analyzing and presenting insights from People Services systems and data. • Manage complex problems and ensure ticket resolution. • Collect, cleanse, and validate data. • Design reports, dashboards, and visualizations for business users. • Analyze data to identify patterns and provide recommendations. • Streamline reporting processes and enhance data visualization techniques. • Write and maintain reports using appropriate tools. • Resolve problems and recommend solutions for business needs. • Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelors Degree required, preferably in computer science, information technology, software engineering, or related field. • Masters Degree (preferred) • 5+ years of experience. • Oracle Certification (Preferred)
