📋 Description
• Work with People Services systems and data to gather, analyze, and present insights • Manage complex problems and collaborate for ticket resolution • Collect, cleanse, and validate data from various systems • Design reports, dashboards, and visualizations • Provide data interpretation support and actionable recommendations • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation • Write and maintain reports or queries • Resolve problems, recommend solutions, and build efficiencies • Maintain regular and reliable attendance • Perform other duties as assigned
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelors Degree required, preferably in computer science, information technology, software engineering, or related field • Masters Degree (preferred) • 5+ years of experience • Oracle Certification (Preferred)
