Description

• Drive adoption of Transfusion Management Solutions in the German market • Develop and execute account management plans for local access and superior sales growth • Identify and manage new sales projects to successful close • Establish relationships with key decision-makers and training clinical champions • Enhance professional and technical knowledge through workshops and publications • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop product requirements and sales tools • Assist sales and marketing management with training needs and product demonstrations

Requirements

• At least five years of strong sales and/or business development experience in healthcare or medical device industry • Experience in Blood Transfusion industry preferred • Minimum of three years clinical experience in LAB/ER/OR/ICU environment • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Technical and clinical knowledge in medical procedural techniques • A Master’s degree in Life Science, Medical Engineering, or Business Administration preferred • Consultative selling and ability to create influential relationships • Proven track record in driving product adoption • Effective interpersonal skills • Ability to interact with clinicians at a high level • Strong project management and organizational skills • Familiarity with information technologies and software solutions • Proficiency in German and fluent in English • Frequent travel up to 75%
