Description

β€’ Provide hands-on daily development to front-line customer service representatives (CSRs) β€’ Support approx. 10 front-line CSRs β€’ Collaborate with departmental leadership providing recommendations on training initiatives and continuous improvement β€’ Monitor real-time statistics of front-line CSR performance β€’ Collaborate with internal departments within HALO as part of a larger corporation β€’ Monitor 10 customer service representative workloads and provide overtime recommendations to supervisors β€’ Advise CSRs on de-escalating conflicts and resolving customer disputes β€’ Provide performance feedback on CSRs to supervisors β€’ Work with management to develop efficient processes or system improvements β€’ Perform basic CSR responsibilities when needed β€’ Work with HALO sales team members (Account Executives)

Requirements

β€’ 2+ years of experience in senior customer service roles leading a small team; experience with advising and/or training β€’ 2+ years of experience in account management required β€’ High School Diploma/GED or Associates Degree is required β€’ High proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook; DOSS experience is a plus β€’ Effective oral and written communication β€’ Time management, prioritization and problem-solving capabilities β€’ Possess objectivity, patience, and a high degree of confidentiality β€’ Be a strong brand ambassador for HALO with account executives, co-workers, and suppliers as well as in front of your team β€’ Able to work overtime when required
