Description

β€’ Act as a liaison providing product/services information and resolving customer issues efficiently. β€’ Ensure smooth functioning of mobile app and deliver exceptional customer support to clients. β€’ Understand and resolve issues related to API and manual software integrations and provide technical assistance. β€’ Provide exceptional client support through various channels (email, chat, phone) using Zendesk. β€’ Drive forward critical customer support metrics like response time and Customer Satisfaction Ratings. β€’ Collaborate with internal teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues. β€’ Develop understanding of client-facing features and articulate them clearly to clients. β€’ Act as a liaison for client feedback and concerns for product improvements. β€’ Document client interactions and solutions provided using Zendesk. β€’ Contribute to development and improvement of client support processes.

Requirements

β€’ Ability to work Mon-Fri 11AM CST-7:00PM CST β€’ Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, finance, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience) β€’ Previous experience in a similar client support role, preferably within the fintech industry or a related field. β€’ Strong technical aptitude and understanding of APIs, integration processes. β€’ Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex issues effectively. β€’ Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to clients in a clear and concise manner. β€’ Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service, and resolving client issues promptly. β€’ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting SLAs. β€’ Proficiency in using ticketing systems, CRM platforms, and other relevant support tools. β€’ Flexibility to work evenings or weekends to accommodate team & client needs or urgent support requirements.
