β’ Sales Growth: Actively manage a pipeline of opportunities, both with new prospects and existing clients, to drive revenue growth. β’ Solution Selling: Understand customer challenges, objectives, and goals to offer tailored SaaS solutions that optimise their operations, enhance security, and drive efficiency. β’ Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations and close sales deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements for both the client and the company. β’ Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders in assigned customer accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. β’ Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, product, and customer success to ensure alignment on client needs and to support product adoption. β’ Customer Success Collaboration: Work closely with the customer success and technical support teams to ensure successful onboarding, adoption, and implementation of our solutions. β’ Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business development. β’ Reporting and Forecasting: Track and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to management on pipeline status, key wins, and challenges.
