Description

β€’ Sales Growth: Actively manage a pipeline of opportunities, both with new prospects and existing clients, to drive revenue growth. β€’ Solution Selling: Understand customer challenges, objectives, and goals to offer tailored SaaS solutions that optimise their operations, enhance security, and drive efficiency. β€’ Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations and close sales deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements for both the client and the company. β€’ Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders in assigned customer accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. β€’ Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, product, and customer success to ensure alignment on client needs and to support product adoption. β€’ Customer Success Collaboration: Work closely with the customer success and technical support teams to ensure successful onboarding, adoption, and implementation of our solutions. β€’ Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business development. β€’ Reporting and Forecasting: Track and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to management on pipeline status, key wins, and challenges.

Requirements

β€’ Proven Sales Track Record: You have a successful history in SaaS sales, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed new business targets in a competitive environment. β€’ Strong Communicator: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and compelling way to both technical and non-technical audiences. β€’ Customer-Focused: A passion for helping clients succeed and a dedication to delivering exceptional customer service. β€’ Adaptable and Resilient: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems. β€’ Collaborative: Comfortable working across departments and building strong internal and external relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth β€’ Driven and Motivated: Self-motivated with a strong work ethic, capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
