Description

• Identify and research potential clients and partners in the E-commerce, NEMT, healthcare, and customer support service industries. • Develop and implement strategic plans to engage and attract new clients. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders. • Present and promote our services to prospective clients through meetings, presentations, and proposals. • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet the specific needs of clients. • Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of market developments. • Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance our visibility and generate leads. • Prepare regular reports on business development activities, pipeline status, and sales performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in E-commerce, NEMT, healthcare, or customer support services. • Strong understanding of the industries and market dynamics. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders. • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
