• Hāpara, a Cordance company, gives teachers and administrators greater visibility into digital learning experiences. • Our instructional management suite enables teachers and administrators to provide all learners with safe, personalized and visible digital learning environments. • Hāpara Analytics provides objective data about your digital adoption. • Hapara is seeking an experienced K-12 EdTech Account Executive to join our team in a top-performing territory. • The ideal candidate understands education, sales cycle, the districts and schools in their territory, and loves to chase and close business. • Strong sales, interpersonal, and organizational skills are required along with being comfortable multitasking and budgeting resources to meet quotas for the role.
• Proven track record of success in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in the K-12 education sector. • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to book meetings, lead discovery sessions, conduct demos, and close new business. • Bachelor’s degree in business, education, or a related field. • Google Workspace and Salesforce experience preferred. • Strong understanding of the K-12 education landscape and the challenges faced by schools and districts.
