β€’ Lead the development and execution of prescreen direct mail and digital campaigns to drive loan origination growth. β€’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Risk, Finance, Product, Analytics) to align on goals and drive execution and results. β€’ Manage audience segmentation, response targeting, credit qualification, and mailing lists to optimize campaign reach and performance. β€’ Analyze campaign results and key metrics, conduct rigorous testing, and provide insights and recommendations for continuous growth and optimization. β€’ Ensure prescreen campaigns are optimized with other channels as a component of a robust omnichannel strategy. β€’ Drive the entire campaign lifecycle, from forecasting and performance evaluation to cost and revenue projections, and engage with internal and external stakeholders and vendors, while driving quality creative output. β€’ Make sure that all campaigns adhere to compliance, legal, and quality requirements.

Requirements

β€’ 5+ years of experience in prescreen or direct mail marketing in consumer lending, with strong experience driving campaign execution and performance, forecasting, and cross-functional partnership. β€’ Experience managing mail and marketing vendors β€’ Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with a proven ability to derive insights that optimize campaigns and drive growth. β€’ Experience working cross-functionally, alongside managing external vendors, to deliver quality campaigns that meet objectives, and are delivered on-time and within budget. β€’ Proficient in marketing automation tools and CRM systems. β€’ Strong understanding of credit data elements and prescreen processes. β€’ Previous background collaborating with Legal & Compliance and Finance departments to secure campaign approvals, optimize costs, and develop reporting.
