📋 Description
• Harbor is seeking an experienced Implementation Consultant with a strong background in CRM systems. • This role focuses on the integration of CRM solutions and managing complex data migration projects. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders for seamless implementations. • Provide consulting on best practices/use cases of the systems and advice on proper data structure.
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in CRM system implementation, preferably with Peppermint, Dynamics 365, or Foundation. • Proven experience in data migration, including extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes. • Strong understanding of CRM architecture, data structures, and customization capabilities. • Technical proficiency in SQL, data mapping, and system configuration. • Experience with project management methodologies, including Agile or Waterfall. • Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to troubleshoot complex data and system issues. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders and manage client relationships effectively. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
