Description

• Provide clinical guidance and supervision to nursing staff, ensuring safe, evidence-based care delivery. • Oversee member care activities and implement clinical policies and procedures to improve care programs such as Chronic Care Management and Remote Patient Monitoring. • Recruit, hire, train, and supervise nursing and lead medical assistant staff. • Work closely with the Quality Nurse and Clinical Services Manager to monitor and maintain adherence to quality and safety standards. • Collaborate with healthcare providers and community organizations to design and implement population health programs. • Manage the allocation and utilization of clinical resources. • Facilitate clear communication between clinical teams, administrative staff, and members. • Stay informed on healthcare regulations and ensure staff are trained and prepared for emergencies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Texas • 5+ years of clinical experience in primary care or a similar setting • 3+ years of leadership or management experience in healthcare • Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems, particularly Athena • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
