Description

• The IT Director designs and executes technological strategies for business needs. • Responsible for overseeing the company's IT infrastructure, operations, and development. • Requires a strong blend of technical expertise, strategic vision, and managerial acumen. • Collaborates with stakeholders to prioritize development projects aligning with business requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 7-10 years’ experience in a senior IT leadership role with strong focus on customer centricity. • Strong technical background with expertise in infrastructure, software development, and project management. • Experience managing teams of diverse IT professionals and external vendors. • Ability to inspire and empower cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence and drive continuous improvement with digital and technical teams (incl. virtually). • Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, etc.) are a plus.
