Description

• Design and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable cloud-native architectures using system thinking principles. • Develop and maintain robust, secure infrastructure to power Harbor Health’s next-generation platform. • Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines for seamless, automated testing, deployment, and monitoring. • Implement advanced security practices, including infrastructure hardening, threat detection, and vulnerability management. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and business operations, to deliver reliable and secure solutions. • Take full ownership of features, guiding them from ideation to deployment and ongoing maintenance. • Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and deployment issues, proactively identifying and mitigating performance bottlenecks. • Leverage AI tools or frameworks to enhance automation, monitoring, and security capabilities. • Establish monitoring, alerting, and optimization strategies to ensure system reliability, scalability, and cost-efficiency. • Stay ahead of industry trends in cloud computing, DevOps, and cybersecurity to incorporate best practices and innovative tools. • Foster a culture of collaboration by conducting code reviews, sharing knowledge, and mentoring junior engineers. • Create and maintain clear documentation for infrastructure designs, deployment workflows, and security protocols.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or software development with a focus on security and scalability. • At least 2 years of experience in a regulated environment like healthcare or banking. • Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS (preferred) or similar, including expertise in managing cloud-native applications and services. • Strong expertise in infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation) and container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker). • Experience designing, managing, and optimizing secure APIs and handling large-scale data systems. • Proven track record of delivering projects with speed and reliability, from initial concept to production deployment. • Team-oriented mindset with strong collaboration and communication skills. • Demonstrated ability to develop and operationalize efficient processes and workflows for cloud infrastructure and security. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience. • Familiarity with AI tools and technologies, with experience integrating or experimenting with AI-driven automation and monitoring solutions.
