πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our US Sales team. β€’ You will be responsible for identifying and creating new qualified leads for their respective Regional Sales Directors and Corporate Sales counterparts. β€’ The SDR will manage both inbound leads and outbound call campaigns, qualifying active buying interest and identifying critical decision-makers. β€’ You will also work with Sales counterparts to coordinate efforts to research key accounts, identify additional contacts, and understand the organizational structures. β€’ You will need to be able to articulate the Hazelcast value proposition via the phone and web to Developers, IT Architects, Line of Business leaders, and C-level executives.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's Degree (preferred) or equivalent experience β€’ At least, 1 year of relevant professional sales experience β€’ Candidates should have sales development or related experience in a business-to-business environment β€’ Industry knowledge a plus β€’ Proven track record of success in cold calling, deal qualification, and goal achievement preferred β€’ Highly motivated and professional with excellent communication skills, highly confident, able to work diligently and independently, and goal-oriented β€’ Experience in speaking with a Line of Business leaders and C-level executives β€’ Fast learner with strong technical aptitude β€’ Must have high ethics, integrity, and humility and have the desire to be part of a rapidly growing organization β€’ Experience in software start-up and competitive software sales environments preferred
