β’ We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our US Sales team. β’ You will be responsible for identifying and creating new qualified leads for their respective Regional Sales Directors and Corporate Sales counterparts. β’ The SDR will manage both inbound leads and outbound call campaigns, qualifying active buying interest and identifying critical decision-makers. β’ You will also work with Sales counterparts to coordinate efforts to research key accounts, identify additional contacts, and understand the organizational structures. β’ You will need to be able to articulate the Hazelcast value proposition via the phone and web to Developers, IT Architects, Line of Business leaders, and C-level executives.
β’ Bachelor's Degree (preferred) or equivalent experience β’ At least, 1 year of relevant professional sales experience β’ Candidates should have sales development or related experience in a business-to-business environment β’ Industry knowledge a plus β’ Proven track record of success in cold calling, deal qualification, and goal achievement preferred β’ Highly motivated and professional with excellent communication skills, highly confident, able to work diligently and independently, and goal-oriented β’ Experience in speaking with a Line of Business leaders and C-level executives β’ Fast learner with strong technical aptitude β’ Must have high ethics, integrity, and humility and have the desire to be part of a rapidly growing organization β’ Experience in software start-up and competitive software sales environments preferred
