🎯 Requirements
Bachelors degree holder (required) Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a customer-centric environment. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Prior experience with visa and immigration services is a plus. Proficient in managing emails and conducting virtual meetings. Self-motivated with a strong ability to work independently in a remote setup.
