β’ Direct sales to Multi-family communities and facilities maintenance customers. β’ 3 or more years of business to business (B2B) field sales experience. β’ Direct sales to HD Supply facility customers and industry products. β’ Large volume of product lines experience. β’ Organizational skills and knowledge of handheld technology. β’ Knowledge of facilities products such as hardware, electrical, lighting, and more. β’ Proficiency in MS Excel and Salesforce, or similar CRM. β’ Experience with consultative selling/solution selling preferred. β’ Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals in a remote position. β’ Bilingual (English/Spanish).
