β€’ Responsible for profitably growing sales to achieve yearly sales goals. β€’ Account management: prospecting new accounts, retaining existing ones. β€’ Operation of a Company Vehicle or Personal Vehicle required. β€’ Develop and sustain sales relationships with key decision makers. β€’ Attend monthly business meetings and local trade shows.

Requirements

β€’ Direct sales to Multi-family communities and facilities maintenance customers. β€’ 3 or more years of business to business (B2B) field sales experience. β€’ Direct sales to HD Supply facility customers and industry products. β€’ Large volume of product lines experience. β€’ Organizational skills and knowledge of handheld technology. β€’ Knowledge of facilities products such as hardware, electrical, lighting, and more. β€’ Proficiency in MS Excel and Salesforce, or similar CRM. β€’ Experience with consultative selling/solution selling preferred. β€’ Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals in a remote position. β€’ Bilingual (English/Spanish).
