📋 Description
• Build a new mental healthcare system that everyone can access. • Help launch high-velocity experiments and build upon marketing channels. • Develop Headway’s affiliate marketing strategy and optimize partner pipeline. • Create new product features for partners and craft ideal experience. • Monitor and report campaign performance, enhancing outreach efforts based on learnings. • Track and analyze program performance, identifying optimization opportunities. • Spearhead the launch and expansion of affiliate efforts with cross functional support.
🎯 Requirements
• 4-6+ years experience as a growth marketer or builder/operator in high-growth environments • An empathetic, customer-centric approach that keeps the customer experience at the center • Data-driven - love to dig into the numbers and details to derive new insights and identify new opportunities • Thrive in a fast paced, high-growth startup environment • Excited by the opportunity to own end to end initiatives and metrics, from high level strategy as well as roll-up the sleeves work to get things done • Proven track record of setting targets and creating a strategic framework to consistently meet them • Experienced in working with cross functional teams and launching new scrappy initiatives • Experience with affiliate programs, B2B, and/or marketplaces a plus
