β€’ Build a new mental healthcare system that everyone can access. β€’ Help launch high-velocity experiments and build upon marketing channels. β€’ Develop Headway’s affiliate marketing strategy and optimize partner pipeline. β€’ Create new product features for partners and craft ideal experience. β€’ Monitor and report campaign performance, enhancing outreach efforts based on learnings. β€’ Track and analyze program performance, identifying optimization opportunities. β€’ Spearhead the launch and expansion of affiliate efforts with cross functional support.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ 4-6+ years experience as a growth marketer or builder/operator in high-growth environments β€’ An empathetic, customer-centric approach that keeps the customer experience at the center β€’ Data-driven - love to dig into the numbers and details to derive new insights and identify new opportunities β€’ Thrive in a fast paced, high-growth startup environment β€’ Excited by the opportunity to own end to end initiatives and metrics, from high level strategy as well as roll-up the sleeves work to get things done β€’ Proven track record of setting targets and creating a strategic framework to consistently meet them β€’ Experienced in working with cross functional teams and launching new scrappy initiatives β€’ Experience with affiliate programs, B2B, and/or marketplaces a plus
