Since then, we’ve grown into a diverse, national network of over 34,000 mental healthcare providers across all 50 states who run their practice on our software. • We want your time here to be the most meaningful experience of your career. • Join us, and help change mental healthcare for the better. • Headway is looking for an experienced researcher to drive our provider experience to new heights. • As the research lead for our provider group, you’ll help drive the foundational understanding of talk therapists and prescribers at Headway and have the opportunity to inform and influence key product and design decisions. • Work closely with product managers, engineers, and designers on evaluating and improving our product experience. • Partner across and beyond the product org with teams like clinical strategy to help drive a foundational understanding of mental health providers. • Plan and execute both tactical and foundational UX research.

Requirements

• 5+ years of UX research experience with a portfolio of end-to-end projects. • Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration with product, design, engineering, and data. • Great understanding of qualitative research methods. • You are empathetic: you are eager to see the world from your users’ perspective. • You’re energized by ambiguity & a self-starter: you love to drive the direction of ambiguous projects. • You are motivated by our mission. We are working to solve the biggest problems in mental health care today (access and affordability).
